     External hard drive(s) are installed to server or computer. Backup application can be           configured to perform backups automatically. It manages data storage, backup schedule      and can be set to backup only selected files and/or changes made since last back up.

As long as there is an internet connection, backups will be performed to the      set schedule automatically, any time of day or night. Tape management issues are      eliminated.
